CUT-OUTS - INTERMITTENT THROTTLE - NO

This means either the brake levers are slightly pressed or faulty, or the throttle is loose or faulty. Do the following tests:
1- Unplug the brake levers. Does this solve the problem?
2- Unplug the throttle from the system cable and the system cable from the controller. Plug them back in again.
